The Ground Floor incorporates a large comfortable living room with a multi fuel stove. From the living room, patio doors open to a barbecue area, and guests can sit in the large garden and take in the spectacular scenery. The patio area is an outstanding suntrap for the afternoon sun, and provides a comfortable spot for a relaxing read or just to enjoy peace and tranquillity. The ground floor also contains an oak kitchen complete with dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer, adjacent dining area and separate w.c. facilities.
First Floor:
The First Floor contains three bedrooms in total.
Two of these have double beds and the third a single.
All bedrooms have their own vanity units.

Oil fired central heating throughout.
Linen and towels and tea towels are provided.
Free wireless Internet throughout the house.
No pets
The cottage incorporates ample on-site parking as well as a separate store for sports and walking equipment.
Home grown vegetables and fruit are available in season.
Some mobiles do not work in this area but telephone calls can be made from the Proprietor`s land line.
